工作经历：
1995年获华东师范大学生态学专业博士学位，1995~1997年为厦门大学博士后研究人员，1997年至今在华东师范大学工作，先后任副教授(1997)、教授(2001)，现任生态与环境科学学院院长。入选上海市曙光学者(2003)、教育部新世纪人才支持计划(2005)和上海市后备领军人才计划(2010)，获霍英东教育基金会高等学校优秀青年教师三等奖(2003)、上海市(2002)和教育部(2003)科技进步二等奖、上海市自然科学三等奖(2010)。
教研科研主要成果(科研成果限填5项)：
主要从事分子生态学、近海湿地植物生态学等方面的研究工作，近年来对植物-动物(特别是昆虫)间的协同进化及其对生境变化的响应尤感兴趣，具体涉及片断生境中生物多样性维持机制、动植物关系、分子遗传标记在湿地植物生态学研究中的应用等方面。主持多项国家自然科学基金重点及面上项目、科技部项目、教育部项目等，在Trends in Ecology & Evolution、Ecology、Molecular Ecology、Conservation Biology以及其他SCI收录源刊物上发表学术论文60余篇。主要科研成果如下：
